Hádegisæfing 30. maí

Mættir á pinnann: Dagur, Guðni, Sveinbjörn og Bjöggi. Ársæll var á eigin vegum. Fórum rólega Suðurgötu og ræddum aðeins hvíld eftir maraþon. Sumir hvíla 1 dag, aðrir 1 dag fyrir hverja mílu. Einnig ræddum við merkingu orðsins náungakærleikur, en sumir í hópnum virðast ekki skilja hugtakið. "Everybody is different. Just because someone bounces back quickly, it does not mean that they did not go all out during their race.


Do what works for you. If you can come back a little faster than the guy next door and feel good doing it, then go for it. If you wait 3-4 to start ramping back your mileage, you won't run any risk of getting hurt, but you won't learn anything about yourself."
